Zesty Pork and Veggie Stir-fry


  • 8 oz. Noodles (I used stir-fry rice noodles)

  • 3 cups of broccoli (or a bag of frozen broccoli)

  • 1 lb. Ground pork

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic

  • 1 cup of chopped zucchini

  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Cornstarch (optional for a thicker sauce)


  1. Cook your pasta according to the directions on the packaging.

  2. Cook the ground pork until no longer pink.

  3. Add the garlic, broccoli, and zucchini to the pan and cook until done.

  4. In a small bowl whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and ginger. (You can add the cornstarch here as well)

  5. Add the noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce on top and mix all together.
