Frozen Banana, Yogurt, and Peanut Butter Treats
Ingredients:
1 Banana
Non-fat Greek Yogurt
Peanut butter (can swap out for other nut butters)
Directions:
Peel and chop banana into slices, place on a freezer safe dish.
Top banana slices with a small spoon-full of nonfat Greek Yogurt.
Then add your nut butter on top of the yogurt.
Place in freezer for 10+ minutes or until frozen thoroughly.
Enjoy right away or add to a storage container for future enjoyment.
